Joseph L. Stiles, Esq.

is well-versed in many areas of the law and brings his extensive corporate representation experience to the firm to serve clients in matters ranging from entity formation and corporate governance to advising on all aspects of real estate acquisition, financing, development and management.

Joe has advised lenders, developers, property owners and tenants in connection with the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of income-producing property and raw land for office complexes, corporate headquarters, planned unit developments, retail projects, hotels, medical office buildings, multi-family projects and assisted living facilities. He also provides strategic guidance to owners and senior executives of multi-state business entities whose estate planning strategies include the design and implementation of business succession plans, as well as the related gift transfers and asset protection techniques applied as a part of the estate planning process.  He endeavors to understand his clients’ businesses as well as the current issues, people, and institutions that drive the client’s industry and transactions. He works with clients to implement creative and efficient solutions to challenging legal issues.
