Our Attorneys

Nicole D. Morris concentrates her practice in the administration of trusts and estates, which includes advising fiduciaries regarding their powers and responsibilities, guiding fiduciaries through the intricacies inherent in those tasks, and protecting executors, trustees and conservators from liability by ensuring full compliance with their statutory duties and obligations under the will and/or trust document.

Mrs. Morris regularly serves as counsel to fiduciary clients who require assistance with the organization and maintenance of financial documentation for the estate and/or trust, and she prepares the required fiduciary inventory and accountings for filing with the Commissioner of Accounts. In addition, she counsels beneficiaries of estates and trusts with regard to the protection of their rights and interests.
