Announcement of Position Available – Attorney – Estate & Trust Administration / Taxation

Rack Law, P.C. is seeking new attorney with experience in fiduciary administration and income tax compliance to manage our substantial probate and trust practice. The Firm is focused in the practice areas of advanced estate planning, administration of trusts and estates, preparation of fiduciary, estate and gift tax returns, and representation of both fiduciaries and beneficiaries as clients.  The Firm has an active elder law practice, as well, which includes serving as counsel to fiduciaries in the administration of special needs trusts and conservatorships. 

Qualified candidates must have experience in the preparation of fiduciary income tax returns for estates and trusts, as well as fiduciary accountings (using Lacerte and GEMS).  Ideal candidates will also have experience in planning and drafting estate planning documents on an advanced level, as well as a dedication to exceptional work product, attention to detail, and maintaining strong client relationships. A Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation degree and/or CPA designation will be factored into compensation package.

Must be an active member in good standing with Virginia State Bar, with a minimum of four years of experience in the practice areas described above. Salary and equity participation negotiable, generous benefits package, collegial work environment.
