Mr. Parker concentrates his practice in the administration of trusts and estates, which includes advising executors, trustees and conservators regarding their powers and responsibilities and assisting with the preparation of documents required for full compliance with their statutory duties and obligations under wills and trusts. Mr. Parker also analyzes the financial documentation for estates and trusts, as well as the required inventory and accountings for filing with the Commissioner of Accounts, whenever the Firm represents fiduciaries or beneficiaries in contested matters. In addition, he counsels beneficiaries of estates and trusts with regard to the protection of their rights and interests.
Mr. Parker earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Old Dominion University's Honors College, where he was named Most Outstanding Student in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he was a recipient of the Judge Earl A. Cadmus 1926 Law Memorial Scholarship and was named to the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society.
